Vendors and Demonstrators are invited to join us in making National Rendezvous a great experience for everyone involved. All vendors and demonstrators must pre-register as described below to ensure adequate space is available for their needs.
Vendors
Vendors are individuals or business entities that expect to sell products at Rendezvous with a total value of $3000 or more. Products related to the American frontier period are preferred although other products may be sold as well. All products sold or displayed must reflect the spirit of Royal Rangers and FCF. Refer to the Campers Notebook for details on selling knives or firearms to minors.
Housing and meals are not provided for vendors unless purchased via the regular camper registration process. Housing arrangements may be made at nearby Roaring River State Park or Cassville, MO.
Once all equipment and products are unloaded, all vehicles and trailers must be parked in the designated parking area as described in the Camper Notebook.
Demonstrators
Demonstrators are those individuals who primarily serve to demonstrate a frontier skill or craft for the purpose of educating attendees on purpose and value of the skill and helping them to develop their own similar capabilities. Demonstrators may sell the items they make on site, provided the total value of all sales remains less than $3,000. If you expect to sell products of a greater total value, you will need to register as a vendor.
